Ministry of Municipality & Environment announces the new regulations for Municipality Spatial Development Plan

Sunday, The 3rd of December, Ministry of Municipality & Environment announces The Qatar National Master Plan and new Landuse regulations and zoning maps. According to Qatar National Master Plan , more than 16 residential centers will be built under new planning regulations . As well as new commercial places in each of Al-Khor, Al-Wakra, Al-Shamal, Al-Doha, Al-Rayyan and Al-Shahania. There are more expansion taken place in commercial streets and land to serve residential's needs. The master plan going to promote the infrastructure and quality of roads for 15 years ahead.
