His Excellency Dr. Abdulla Bin Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al Subaie, Minister of Municipality, met with His Excellency, Mr. Mohammed Tarek Belaribi, Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City , of the sisterly people's Democratic Republic of Algeria ,In the presence of Eng. Fahad Muhammad Al-Qahtani, Assistant Undersecretary for Urban Planning Affairs.
During the meeting , they discussed enhancing aspects of cooperation and exchanging experiences , between the state of Qatar and the Republic of Algeria , in the field or Urban planning , The exhibition of planning and urban projects in the urban planning sector was also visited and The Algerian Minister was also briefed on the comprehensive urban plan of the State of Qatar, the most important studies based on it and its main components, and the strategic projects prepared by the urban planning sector.
A series of films related to urban centers, which are among the main components of the urban plan, were shown, and then the models of urban centers at their various levels were shown and the main ideas and concepts of the planning process in Qatar were explained.
At the end of the meeting, souvenirs were exchanged, stressing the continuation of cooperation between the two ministries in the future.
