The manager of assistant deputy office concern with the following:
1- Organizing files, mails and papers of the Office of the Assistant Deputy.
2- Receiving correspondences delivered to the Office of the Assistant Deputy, and preparing it for him d, and distribute them to the competent authorities in accordance with his instructions.
3- Preparation of memos and mails required by the Assistant Deputy.
4- Contacting with the different authorities to get the data requested by the Assistant Deputy.
5- Notifying the concerned authorities for decisions and instructions of Assistant Deputy, follow up its implementation, and inform with results.
6-Receiving complaints delivered to the Assistant Deputy, present them to him, implement and follow-up his decisions about the complaints.
7- Any other tasks assigned.
